With 60 modules currently identified each person would be required to complete a minimum of 5 modules per month.
A scheduling system / diary will ensure each person knows exactly what is expected.
This system should send email reminders to the person and should provide the following management information by the 2nd day of a new month:
• Percentage of population who completed:
o 0 tests
o 1 test
o 2 tests
o 3 tests
o 4 tests
o 5 tests
• Provide names of people who failed to complete 5 tests
• Send automated email to above individuals highlighting failure
• Identify individuals who continuously fail to complete tests
