Training Plan – Phase 1

December 1, 2008

With 60 modules currently identified each person would be required to complete a minimum of  5 modules per month.

A scheduling system / diary will ensure each person knows exactly what is expected.

This system should send email reminders to the person and should provide the following management information by the 2nd day of a new month:

•    Percentage of population who completed:
o    0 tests
o    1 test
o    2 tests
o    3 tests
o    4 tests
o    5 tests

•    Provide names of people who failed to complete 5 tests
•    Send automated email to above individuals highlighting failure
•    Identify individuals who continuously fail to complete tests

Each of the above foundation blocks is constructed from a broad range of elements which individually need to be understood to provide a sound level of knowledge in the specific blah…

We have produced an “e” learning module for each of these elements, we have prioritised the modules and we will guide you through a learning process which will improve your overall understanding of Worldmark such that you will be able to provide your customer with a greater level of technical expertise.

Phase 1

December 1, 2008

Produce a basic introduction page content provided by WMK

Produce a page showing a list of the planned modules

Produce a page explaining diary / schedule

Produce Module 1 + 2

· Learning content – text, slide, video

· Test with scoring, no correct answer review

· Management information – not automatically produced

Categories

Initially 2 parent categories

Design Ideas – for topics to do with design and development of the system.

Product Info – discussion about scope of development for learning content based on current product information from website.

Each category can have sub categories to develop a simple organised structure.

Tags can also be applied to posts and pages  to help with broader cross referencing and searching.

Visual – How should it look?

Functional – What benefits are provided to users?

Experiential – How should users feel when they use the system?

Emotional – How should users feel about being associated with system (owning the brand)?

Rational – Will the system appeal to the logical side of the user?

Cultural – Is there a culture of learning this way?

Also incorporate stated organisational values?

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Datalogic, the leading European manufacturer of Hand-Held CCD and Laser readers, further improves its offer with the introduction of a state-of-the-art and powerful “bi-dimensional” reader: the Lynx?.
Based on a matricial CCD sensor (640 x 480 pixel), the Lynx? allows “omnidirectional” reading of the most common 1D symbologies as well as a wide variety of 2D and stacked codes. Furthermore, the Lynx? can be used for “image-based” applications like signature capture, OCR and so on. In fact, with the Lynx? the user captures the whole image of the object to be identified no matter how it is orientated, thus avoiding any alignment constraint between the reader and the symbol/image to be read/captured.
The captured image can be processed on board for 1D or 2D symbologies, or downloaded in different formats for image processing on the host side.
Aiming at the image to be captured is really easy and intuitive thanks to the “double-click” trigger for Point & Read, and to the “five dot pointer” that mark the four corners and center of the reading area.
The Lynx? is available in two models that are specifically addressed to standard (D302) and high resolution (D302 E) codes. Both models are equipped with a multi-standard interface to allow connection to the host via RS232 or wedge emulation interface.
The software tool “visual setup” included in the Lynx? package allows easy configuration of all the parameters for personalizing the reader to the application, as well as a quick view of the downloaded images.
The Lynx? is suitable for applications in even the most demanding environments thanks to its rugged case and inIndustrialld electromagnetic protection. The Lynx’s? Firmware can be in-field updated for easy maintenance and investment protection.
